Job description

The Leader Group are recruiting on behalf of Yorkshire Community Healthcare.

We are looking for live in Carers to support one of our clients in Liverpool.

You would be supporting a young woman with a spinal injury (paraplegic) on a 1 week on 1 week off basis.

As a live in carer, you will be required to support with the following: companionship, bowel management, personal care, medical support, and mobility assistance. You will also assist with light household duties such as cleaning, washing, and occasionally shopping.

Job Requirements:

• Right to work in the UK
• FULL UK DRIVERS LICENSE
• BUSINESS CLASS INSURANCE
• Ability to complete the physical aspects of the role such as moving and handling
• At least 6 months of UK-based care experience
• Knowledge of complex care is desired
• All successful applicants will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check
