LIVE IN CARER – HERTFORDSHIRE - UP TO £145 PER DAY

What is the role of a Live In Carer?

• Delivering exceptional person-centred care to all clients.
• Supporting and encouraging clients with their daily activities to enable them to enjoy the best possible quality of life.
• Promoting the independence and dignity of the clients while ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
• Offering peace of mind to the clients' family members or representatives.
• Undertaking light housekeeping duties, maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and preparing nutritious meals.
• Reporting, recording, and maintaining clients' care records accurately, following guidelines, and liaising with the team and healthcare professionals regarding the clients' care.
• Supporting with clients' medication and liaising with healthcare professionals involved in their care.
• Liaising with Care Consultants and other Carers to ensure continuity of care.
• Observing, monitoring, and recording clients' physical and emotional wellbeing.
• Adopting a flexible approach to meet clients' requirements, which may include additional duties within your capabilities.
• Undertaking all mandatory award-winning training provided by our client, on an annual and additional basis.
