Job summary

Innovatecare is looking for compassionate Live In Carers in Eastbourne to support individuals with complex health needs. This role requires experience in care and the ability to engage positively with clients, delivering structured and meaningful care.

Full training will be provided, including online modules and hands-on clinical training. Competitive weekly salary of £1200, paid travel time, and support from a qualified team set this position apart from standard agency roles.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months of care experience including seizure management and tracheostomy care.
• Must be a car driver and hold the right to work in the UK.
• Compassionate, reliable, and able to work within structured care plans.
