About the Role
  • Live in the client's home for a minimum of two weeks at a time, working in rotation with another carer.
  • Provide personalised care and support, promoting independence while offering help when needed.
  • Assist with daily activities, personal care, hobbies, outings, and social connections.
  • Respect the client's relationships with family and friends, knowing when to step in and when to step back.
What We're Looking For
  • A confident driver (experience with wheelchair-accessible vehicles is a plus).
  • Resilient and adaptable, comfortable spending extended time away from home.
  • Warm, patient, and professional, with a strong sense of boundaries and balance.
  • Experienced in supporting individuals with brain injuries, neurological conditions, or complex care needs (desirable but not essential).
  • Due to the nature of the requirement of intimate care, we require a female carer to join the team
  • Experience of moving and handling would be desirable.
