About The Role

What YOU will be doing:

Providing high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes.

Assisting with personal care tasks such as medication, washing/bathing, oral hygiene, and dressing.

Supporting clients with daily tasks, including meal preparation and general housekeeping.

Offering choices for social activities, accompanying clients to lead meaningful lives, providing emotional support, and promoting independence.

Building positive relationships with clients' families, loved ones, and other professionals involved in their support.

About YOU:

At least two years of care experience.

Ability to work an average of 8-week blocks on duty.

Attendance at induction and refresher training at our dedicated training centers.

Empower individuals to make their own decisions and choices.

Provide dignified assistance with personal care, including washing, bathing, dressing, and medication.

Offer physical and emotional support to those in your care.

Enable participation in daily living tasks and activities.

Assist with healthcare and personal appointments.

Foster positive relationships with individuals, their families, colleagues, and other professionals.

Confidence in using mobile technology to record and deliver care.
