Job summary

Carefound Home Care is seeking compassionate Live-In Care Assistants to join our team. You will live in the client's home for your chosen rota (e.g., 1–6 weeks) and provide companionship, personal care, mobility support and assistance with daily tasks.

We offer an outstanding CQC rating, a clear employment package with progression, and a supportive local care management network. Driving is helpful but not required; a smartphone app is used for coordination.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months’ professional care experience as a live-in carer or in domiciliary care settings.
• Driving licence and own car helpful but not required.
• Warm, patient and compassionate with a positive can-do attitude.
• Smartphone required to use our app.

As a Live-In Care Assistant, you’ll live in your client’s home for the duration of your chosen rota pattern (e.g. 1 - 6 weeks) to support them to live with well-being. You’ll need to be warm, patient and compassionate with a positive ‘can do’ attitude. Your role will include:

We require you to have at least 12 months’ professional care experience as a live in carer, domiciliary carer, care assistant, support worker, personal healthcare assistant or similar. A driving licence and your own car is helpful but not a requirement.
