Job summary

Carefound Home Care in the UK is looking for Live-In Care Assistants to work in Cheshire, Nottinghamshire and Yorkshire. You’ll live in your client’s home for a rota pattern of 2, 4 or 6 weeks, with full-time hours and flexible patterns to fit your life.

The role offers weekly pay between £789 and £1,021, double time on bank holidays, and paid travel, food allowance, free accommodation with placement, plus ongoing training and support from a local care team.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months of professional care experience in relevant roles.
• Driving licence helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and personal care.
• Assist with mobility and staying active.
• Assist with medication or special needs as required.
• Help around the home with housekeeping and cooking.
• Run errands such as shopping or prescriptions.
• Smartphone app usage for shift management.

As a Live-In Care Assistant, you'll live in your client's home for the duration of your chosen rota pattern (e.g. 1 - 6 weeks) to support them to live with well‑being. You'll need to be warm, patient and compassionate with a positive ‘can do' attitude. Your role will include:

We require you to have at least 12 months' professional care experience as a live in carer, domiciliary carer, care assistant, support worker, personal healthcare assistant or similar. A driving licence and your own car is helpful but not a requirement.
