Medicare People is seeking a kind and dedicated Live-in Carer in Cobham to provide high-quality care in clients' homes. This role offers flexible placements and ongoing guidance from our care management team.

You will assist with daily activities, personal care, medication support, meals, and companionship, helping clients stay independent. We provide free training, a uniform, a generous pay package, and 24/7 support to ensure your wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Support clients to remain independent in their own homes

• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Help with mobility and daily routines
• Prepare meals and encourage hydration
• Administer medication safely and accurately
• Support with household tasks such as cleaning and laundry
• Complete shopping and other essential errands
• Monitor wellbeing and report concerns
• Keep accurate care records
• Work closely with families and healthcare professionals
