Job DescriptionAn exceptional opportunity has arisen at Home Instead to join our Live-In Care Team to support a female client in Market Harborough.
It would be useful to have some Live In care experience of working in a care setting or interacting with older people. This could be personal experience of caring for a family member or voluntary experience. You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and comfortable in spending time in the company of others
We are currently recruiting for Live-In Care Professionals to work on a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off schedule, though extra work to support our clients is also a possibility. Immediate starts are available.

Great rates of pay
As a Live In Care Care Professional, you will be provided with 3 meals a day or an allowance from the client, a separate room to stay and access to a TV and WiFi.
Two-hour daily break

As a Live-In Care Professional, you’ll provide much-needed support to one of our lovely female clients who requires some palliative care and support with day to day living.
Your duties may include a combination of any of the below as all our clients are different:
Offering companionship and emotional support
Providing personal care (washing, dressing, grooming, toileting needs)
Assisting with mobility and light housekeeping tasks
Overseeing medication and providing medical support
Preparing and cooking meals, and assisting with eating and drinking
Running errands (e.g., shopping, picking up prescriptions)
Providing continence care and helping with morning/evening routines
Caring for clients with dementia or Alzheimer’s
Walking distance to Market Harborough town and train station
About You: To be successful in this role, you need to be adaptable, personable, and ready to put others first. You should also be:
Able to work on a two-week on/off schedule
Eligible to work in the UK
Although a valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle for work is an advantage, it is not essential for this particular client due to central town location.
