We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team in East Northants as a Live In Care Professional. As a Live In Care Professional, you will live in a client's home and provide a variety of non-medical services to help them stay independent in their own home. Our client has mixed dementia and is looking for person-centred care. He is an active man and enjoys socialising within his community. A driver would be preferable.
You do not need any experience or particular qualifications to become a Care Professional, but some experience in a care setting or interacting with older people would be beneficial. This could be personal experience caring for a family member or voluntary work. You should have a passion for supporting others, be reliable, trustworthy, respectful, and enjoy building professional relationships.
As a Live In Care Professional, you will be provided with 3 meals a day or an allowance, a separate room to stay, and access to TV and WiFi. We also offer comprehensive training and support.
