Job description

We are looking for a Care Professional with experience in Dementia to join our Live-In team, with a rotation of 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off. The individual will need support in:

• Medication
• Food preparation
• Personal care
• Social support

The individual will need a driver’s license as the client is very active and enjoys social activities in the community.
