About the Clients

Client 1:

• PEG‑fed, with district nurses currently managing morning and evening feeds.
• Care Professional will assist withflushing the PEG twice daily(training provided).
• Registered blind.
• May needoccasional night‑time assistanceto reach the bathroom safely.
• Becoming increasingly mobile following a stroke.
• Manages most personal care independently.

Client 2:

• Living with advanced dementia.
• A wanderer who enjoys being physically active, regularly going out on the bus or walking.
• Requirescovert medication administration.
• Can be disinhibited and direct in communication, so the Care Professional must beemotionally robust, composed, and confident with boundary‑setting.
• Often does not recognise her need for support and may present as resistant or verbally sharp.

Start Date is End of February 2026

Duration is an Ongoing Rota (to be discussed)
