Medicare People is recruiting dedicated self-employed Live-in Carers in Ferring to provide one-to-one care and companionship in clients' homes. Accommodation is provided during placements, with support from the Medicare People team.

As a self-employed Live-in Carer, you will tailor care to individual routines, assist with personal care, meals, mobility, and medications, while enabling clients to stay independent and comfortable in their own homes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months' professional care experience in the UK.
• A caring attitude and genuine desire to help others.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence working independently and managing your time.
• Experience supporting clients with daily living activities.
• Adaptability and a positive approach to care.
• Reliability, professionalism and attention to detail.
• Commitment to person-centred support.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Medication experience is desirable.
• NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care welcomed but not essential.

Responsibilities

About the Live-in Carer Job in Ferring (Self-Employed)

Medicare People is recruiting dedicated self-employed Live-in Carers in Ferring to provide one-to-one care and companionship to people who wish to continue living in their own homes. Our introductory service connects experienced carers directly with families seeking reliable, long-term support for a loved one.

As a self-employed Live-in Carer in Ferring , you'll work closely with clients and their families to provide tailored care that reflects individual routines, preferences, and outcomes. Duties may include personal care, meal preparation, medication assistance, companionship, mobility support, and helping clients remain active and independent.

This role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact while building trusted relationships with those you support. You'll deliver personalised care in a home environment, helping clients maintain comfort, dignity, and control over their daily lives. Accommodation is provided during placements, with guidance available from the Medicare People team.

We introduce self-employed live-in carers to families throughout Ferring and the surrounding areas, creating rewarding placement opportunities for compassionate care professionals.

We are currently recruiting self-employed Live-in Carers for our introductory care service.
