Medicare People is recruiting dedicated Live-in Care Healthcare Assistants (HCA) in Sevenoaks to provide personalised in-home support, helping clients stay safe, comfortable and independent in their own homes.

You’ll enjoy flexible placements from 4 days to 8 weeks with free accommodation, a weekly earnings baseline from £830, a food budget, training at no cost and ongoing support from a caring team as you build meaningful relationships with clients and families.

Qualificações

• Minimum 6 months' professional care experience in the UK.
• Ability to provide person-centred support with empathy.
• Good communication, reliability and ability to work independently.

• Assist with personal care and daily routines.
• Support safe mobility and moving and handling.
• Prepare meals and drinks throughout the day.

• Observe and report any changes in health or wellbeing.
• Work alongside families and healthcare professionals.
• Keep care documentation accurate and up to date.

What you'll bring

• Confidence working independently and managing your time

• Adaptability and a positive approach to care
• Reliability, professionalism and attention to detai
• A commitment to person-centred support
• Right to work in the UK
• Medication experience is desirable
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care is welcomed but not essential
