Are you an experienced Care Coordinator looking for a new opportunity? Due to continued growth and expansion, we are seeking a Care Coordinator to join our team. Supporting the Live-In Care service, this role is crucial to the success of our region.
As a Care Coordinator, you will manage and monitor the delivery of high-quality care, overseeing the deployment and management of all our Live-In Carers. You will ensure an exceptional and consistent service for our customers while assisting the Live-In Care Manager with daily regional operations.
The environment is fast-paced; we seek driven, motivated individuals with strong customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and familiarity with database systems are required.
