Join our team as a Live In Care Companion at Home Instead Cambridge/Norfolk. We are expanding and looking for caring, compassionate individuals to support clients living at home with various needs across Norfolk and Cambridge.

Job Details

• Employment type: Full Time, two-week rotating schedule (two weeks on/off)
• Location: Norfolk and Cambridge
• EU work permit required: Yes

Compensation & Benefits

• Weekly pay: £875 per week worked (£981 including holiday pay)
• Welcome bonus: £500, paid in two installments of £250 after 3 and 6 months

Responsibilities

• Providing companionship and support to clients
• Assisting with personal care and mobility
• Overseeing medication and medical support
• Helping with household chores and meal preparation
• Running errands such as shopping and prescriptions

Requirements

• Experience as a Support Worker, Home Care Assistant, or caring for loved ones is welcome
• Adaptable and personable with a caring attitude
