We are seeking kind, compassionate individuals who want to make a real difference in the lives of our clients to join our team in Dorchester as a Live In Caregiver. As a Live In Caregiver, you will live in a client's home and provide a variety of non-medical services to help them maintain independence in their own home.

No specific qualifications are required to become a Live In Caregiver. Experience in a care setting or working with older people, such as caring for a family member or volunteering, is beneficial. You should have a passion for supporting others, be reliable, trustworthy, respectful, and enjoy building professional relationships and spending time with others.
We look for individuals with a big heart who enjoy supporting others to stay active and independent. Applicants must be exceptionally patient, caring, and committed to providing respectful, dignified care that considers the wishes of those they support.
As a Live In Caregiver with Home Instead, you will receive a meal allowance from the client, a private room, and access to a TV and WiFi. We also provide comprehensive training and support.
