Job Description

We are looking for kind, compassionate individuals who want to make a real difference in the quality of life for our clients to join our team in Rochdale as a Live-In Care Professional. As a Live-In Care Professional, you will live in a client’s home and provide a variety of non-medical services to help them remain independent in their own home.

No experience or specific qualifications are required to become a Live-In Care Professional. However, experience working in a care setting or interacting with older people is beneficial. This could include personal experience caring for a family member or voluntary work. You should have a passion for supporting others, pride in delivering outstanding service, and qualities such as reliability, trustworthiness, and respect. Enjoying building professional friendships and being comfortable spending time with others are also important.

Additional Information

As a Live-In Care Professional, you will be provided with three meals a day or an allowance from the client, a separate room to stay in, and access to a TV and WiFi. We also offer comprehensive training and ongoing support.
