Job summary

Total Community Care is seeking an active, kind and empathetic live-in carer to support an elderly client in Redruth. You will provide day-to-day companionship, personal care, and help with activities of daily living, plus light housekeeping and meal preparation.

We provide full training and paid induction, a private room, and generous breaks. This role offers ongoing training, chances for career progression, and the reward of improving a client’s quality of life in their own home.

Qualifications

• Experience in the clinical tasks listed would be advantageous.
• Ability to perform personal care with dignity and respect.
• Willingness to undertake training and induction.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day companionship and personal care to the client.
• Assist with activities of daily living and domestic duties.
• Support with feeding, meals, shopping and housework as needed.
• Ensure client safety and well-being in their own home.
