Job summary

City and County Healthcare Group Ltd is seeking a live-in care assistant to support an elderly client in Redruth. You will provide day-to-day companionship, personal care, and help with daily living activities in the client’s home, while ensuring safety and comfort.

We offer full training, paid induction, a private room during shifts, and opportunities for career progression within Total Community Care, part of CCH. DBS check covered and flexible shift patterns around 1 week on/1 week off.

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical tasks would be advantageous
• Strong communication abilities
• Moving and handling equipment
• Medication administration
• Live-in care setting experience

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day companionship and personal care
• Assist with activities of daily living and domestic tasks
• Support feeding and mobility as needed
• Ensure safety and comfort of client at home
