Job summary

Total Community Care Limited in Redruth is hiring a live-in care assistant. You will provide day-to-day companionship and personal care to clients in their homes, supporting activities of daily living and basic domestic tasks.

The role follows a 1 week on, 1 week off pattern, with flexibility for the right candidate. We offer a supportive environment with training, opportunities for career progression, and a people-first culture as part of CCH.

Qualifications

• Experience in live-in care is highly advantageous.
• Ability to provide day-to-day companionship and personal care in clients' homes.
• Comfort with feeding, mobility support and domestic tasks in a home setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day companionship and personal care in clients' homes.
• Assist with activities of daily living and light housework.
• Support feeding, mobility, and monitoring in a live-in role.
• Work 1 Week On, 1 Week Off with flexibility for the right candidate.
