Your Roles and Responsibilities as a Live-in Care Assistant

As a Live-In Care Assistant, you will live with one of our customers, or possibly a couple, to provide exceptional care. Your role is to be a companion and help them maintain independence and cherish their memories at home.

• Providing personal care duties
• Administering medication
• Manual handling, including using equipment when required
• Promoting customer health and well-being to enable them to live life to the fullest
• Household chores
• Meal preparation
• Shopping
• Social outings
• Offering companionship

Your Experience and Suitability for the Live-in Care Assistant Role

Previous experience is a bonus but not required. We prioritize compassion, caring nature, and patience, as we match Care Assistants to customers to ensure compatibility. We seek individuals who genuinely care for our customers as if they were family.

• Competitive pay rates of £700 - £800 per week
• If you use your own vehicle for customer visits, you will be entitled to 25p per mile
