Your Role and Responsibilities as a Live-in Care Assistant

As a Live-In Care Assistant, you will live with one of our customers, or possibly a couple, to provide the highest quality care. You will serve as a companion and support their independence, helping them cherish their memories at home.

• Providing personal care duties
• Administering medication
• Manual handling, using equipment where required
• Promoting customer health and well-being to enable them to live their lives fully
• Household chores
• Meal preparation

• Offering companionship

Your Experience and Suitability for the Role

Previous experience is a bonus but not required. We prioritize compassionate, caring, and patient individuals who genuinely care for our customers as if they were family. We match Care Assistants with customers to ensure compatibility and excellent care.

• Competitive weekly rates of £700 - £800
• If you use your own vehicle, you will be entitled to 25p per mile
