We are looking for kind, compassionate individuals who want to make a real difference in the quality of life for our clients to join our team at Home Instead Medway as a Live-In Care CAREGiver. As a Live-In Caregiver, you will live in a client's home and provide a range of non-medical services to help them maintain independence.

No prior experience or qualifications are required, but experience in care settings or with older people is beneficial. This could include caring for family members or voluntary work. You should have a passion for supporting others, be reliable, trustworthy, respectful, and enjoy building professional relationships.

Our Live-In Care Assistants provide services such as Home Help, Companionship, Personal Care, Dementia Support, Medication Support, and Meals & Hydration.

Qualifications

• Live-in Care Experience (preferred)
• Kind and compassionate nature
• Flexible approach
• DBS Update Service or Enhanced DBS
• Smartphone to use our CAREGiver app for logging activities and reporting changes

Additional Information

As a Live-In Caregiver, you will receive three meals a day or an allowance, a private room, and access to TV and WiFi. We also provide comprehensive training and support.
