Altogether Care is seeking a Live-in Care Assistant to live in the client’s home in the Somerset area, delivering personalised, compassionate care. You’ll support daily living tasks and help maintain independence for clients in their familiar surroundings.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of UK care experience, are able to commit to blocks of duty, and can adapt to live with a client. Induction, training, and ongoing support are provided.

Formación

• At least 1 year UK care experience.
• Ability to commit to 8-week blocks on duty or longer.
• Attend induction and refresher training at dedicated training centres.
• Provide dignified assistance with personal care, including medication.
• Offer strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to live with a client in their own home.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality care and support in clients' homes.
• Assist with personal care tasks such as medication, washing, bathing, and dressing.
• Support daily tasks including meal preparation and general housekeeping.
• Offer choices for social activities, promote independence and being active.
• Build positive relationships with families and other professionals involved.
