Job summary

MyLife Homecare is seeking Live-In Care Assistants to support individuals in their own homes across Kent and the UK. You will provide compassionate, person-centred care and live with clients to preserve independence, dignity and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• A caring, compassionate and reliable approach.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Personal care including washing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
• Assisting with mobility, medication reminders and wellbeing monitoring.
• Preparing nutritious meals and supporting with feeding as required.
• Light housekeeping: laundry and cleaning for a safe home.
• Shopping and running errands for clients.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Accompanying clients to appointments and social activities.
• Maintaining accurate daily records and reporting concerns.
• Promoting independence and dignity at all times.
