MyLife is seeking Live-In Care Assistants to provide compassionate, person-centred care in clients' homes across Kent and other locations in the South of England. You will live with your client, supporting daily activities, personal care and emotional wellbeing, helping maintain independence and dignity.

• Right to work in the UK (UK visa/work status)
• NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (advantageous)
• Previous care experience desirable but not essential
• Basic First Aid and Manual Handling training (preferred)
• Excellent communication and empathy

About the Role

As a Live-In Care Assistant, you will provide compassionate, person-centred care and companionship to clients in the comfort of their own homes. You will live alongside your client, supporting them with daily activities, personal care and emotional wellbeing, helping them maintain independence, dignity and quality of life.

Your duties will include:

• Personal care, including washing, dressing, grooming and toileting
• Assisting with mobility, medication reminders and monitoring wellbeing
• Preparing nutritious meals and supporting with feeding where required
• Light housekeeping duties, including laundry, cleaning and maintaining a safe living environment
• Shopping and running errands
• Providing companionship, emotional support and meaningful engagement
• Accompanying clients to appointments, social activities and community outings
• Maintaining accurate daily records and reporting any concerns appropriately
• Promoting independence, choice and dignity at all times

• Reliability, professionalism and trustworthiness
• Previous care experience is desirable but not essential
