Your Roles and Responsibilities as a Live-in Care Assistant

As a Live-In Care Assistant, you will live with one of our customers, or possibly a couple, to provide outstanding care. You will serve as a companion and support their independence at home, helping them cherish their memories.

• Providing personal care duties
• Administering medication
• Manual handling with equipment when needed
• Promoting customer health and well-being to enable a full life
• Household chores
• Meal preparation
• Shopping
• Social outings
• Offering companionship

Your Experience and Suitability for the Live-in Care Assistant Role

Previous experience is required. We match Care Assistants to customers to ensure compatibility, so the most important qualities are compassion, care, and patience. We seek team members who genuinely care for each customer as if they were family.

Because We Care About You

• Competitive rates of £600 - £800 per week
• Enhanced rates for Bank Holidays
• If using your own vehicle, you will receive 30 pence per mile
• Up to 28 days paid annual leave
• Accommodation includes a separate room, access to TV and Wi-Fi, and three meals a day or an allowance
