Home Instead Weston-super-Mare is seeking an experienced Live-In Care Assistant to support a couple in their own home near Weston-super-Mare. This regular 2 weeks on/2 weeks off rota requires a reliable live-in carer with own car and a valid UK driving licence. The role offers private accommodation and ongoing training.

You will cook meals, provide personal care, assist with light tasks, and offer companionship while promoting independence and respecting routines.

Qualifications

• Previous live-in care experience is preferred.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Must have a full UK driving licence and own car.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of meals and snacks.
• Provide morning personal care, including medication where needed.
• Help with light household tasks and daily routines.
• Provide companionship and meaningful conversation.
• Encourage independence and respect client routines.
