Job summary

Home Instead South Lakes is hiring Live-in Carers to provide dedicated, one-to-one care in clients' homes across the South Lakes area. Expect unhurried days, real connections, and care delivered with dignity, warmth and compassion.

You’ll be matched to clients based on shared interests, with support from a dedicated Live-in Care Manager and 24/7 help from the team. Competitive pay up to £153 per day, plus training and mileage benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one relationship-led care throughout the day.
• Assist with household tasks, meals, dressing and transportation to appointments.
• Support clients to stay connected with activities and social engagements.
• Provide companionship and monitor wellbeing, reporting changes to the Care Manager.
