Job summary

Home Instead South Lakes is hiring Live-in Carers to provide one-to-one, relationship-led care in clients' homes. You'll experience unhurried days, real connection, and the chance to build meaningful bonds with those you support.

You will be matched to clients based on interests and compatibility, with 24/7 support from a dedicated Live-in Care Manager, ongoing training, and opportunities for funded qualifications and wellbeing resources.

Qualifications

• Care experience in home care or similar settings.
• Ability to build meaningful relationships and provide compassionate support.
• UK right to work; driving licence and reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one, relationship-led care throughout the day.
• Assist with household tasks and nutritious meals.
• Support dressing, appointments and social activities.
• Foster independence and dignity in the home for clients.
