Carefound Home Care is seeking a Live-In Care Assistant to support clients in their own homes across Cheshire, Nottinghamshire and Yorkshire. You will live in a client's home for the chosen rota (1–6 weeks) with a warm, patient approach and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities include companionship, personal care, mobility support, medication assistance, meal prep, and errands. Requires smartphone access and 12+ months of care experience; driving licence helpful but not required.

Job description

As a Live-In Care Assistant, you'll live in your client's home for the duration of your chosen rota pattern (e.g. 1 - 6 weeks) to support them to live with well-being. You'll need to be warm, patient and compassionate with a positive 'can do' attitude. Your role will include:

• Helping around the home with housekeeping and cooking
• Running errands such as shopping or picking up prescriptions

We require you to have at least 12 months' professional care experience as a live in carer, domiciliary carer, care assistant, support worker, personal healthcare assistant or similar. A driving licence and your own car is helpful but not a requirement.

Pay: £789 to £1,021 per week and double time on bank holidays

Expenses: Paid travel expenses and food allowance

Hours: Full-time (with choice of work patterns)
