Live-In Care Assistant
Location: Various Locations
Shifts: long and short term live in roles available (2-hour break daily)
Salary: £714 - £756 per week, plus a £40 food allowance (Client Dependant) *with the ability to access a % of your earnings in just 4 days or less after completing shifts!*

Key Responsibilities:
Offering companionship and fostering social interaction.
Assisting with personal care tasks to ensure hygiene and well-being.
Planning and preparing nutritious meals according to dietary needs.
Providing mobility support for safety and comfort.
Managing medication administration in accordance with care plans.
Maintaining a clean and organized living environment.
Assisting with various daily tasks to support the client's needs.
Eligibility Criteria:
A minimum of 3 months' prior experience in caring for elderly or dementia clients.
The ability to connect professionally and empathetically with elderly or disabled clients, even in challenging situations.
An understanding of the needs of elderly individuals, people with Dementia, or disabled adults who are vulnerable within society.
Ability to administer medications, making a meaningful difference in their health journey.
Ability to help with grocery chopping and meal preparation based on clients' preferences and needs.
Knowledge of food hygiene, manual handling, and health & safety standards.
A passion for enabling person centred care and support
The ability to maintain meticulous records and documentation
