Brighter Days Care at Home, now proudly part of Natali Healthcare Solutions, is seeking a Live-In Care Assistant to reside with clients in their homes and provide compassionate personal and emotional support. Hours vary between 10 and 12 per day, with duties including daily tasks, medication assistance, and use of a care app to ensure high-quality, person-centred care.

Full training and shadowing are provided. This role offers daily pay of £129–£153 depending on care hours and needs.

About The Role

As a Live-In Care Assistant, you will reside at the service user’s property during the assignment, providing both personal and emotional support. The hours worked can fluctuate between 10 and 12 hours per day, and the role can vary depending on the complexity of the care required. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in ensuring smooth administrative operations and top-quality care for our clients.

Your duties will include:

• Providing compassionate personal care and support to clients in their homes.
• Assisting clients in maintaining their independence and dignity.

• Helping with medication administration, meal preparation, and other daily tasks.

Key Information

• Pay Rates: £129 to £153 per day (this is based on the average number of care hours per day)
• Previous Experience Required: Full training and shadowing will, however, be provided!
