Job summary

Right at Home Barnet & Edgware is seeking an experienced live-in carer to join our dedicated team. You will provide compassionate, person centred support to clients in their own homes and help them maintain independence.

We offer full training, ongoing support from a friendly office team, and the chance to make a real difference every day. Successful applicants will be fluent in English, have prior live-in care experience, and may hold an enhanced DBS with the update service.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication is essential.
• Previous live-in carer experience required.
• Enhanced DBS with update service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, person-centred care to clients in their homes.
• Support independence and daily living activities for clients.
• Cooperate with the office team to coordinate care plans.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

As a Right at Home Carer you will need to:

• Communicate fluently in English
• Have previous experience of working as a Live-In carer
• See communication and companionship as an important part of delivering quality care
• Be a team player and work well with other carers and the office staff
• It would be ideal if you have an enhanced DBS certificate and have registered it online with the update service
