Job summary

Home Instead North Lakes in Carlisle is seeking Live-in Carers to provide one-to-one, relationship-led care in clients' homes. You’ll help with daily activities, meals and mobility, delivering care with dignity and compassion in unhurried days that fit the person’s life.

If you have care experience, you’ll be matched to clients based on compatibility and shared interests, with ongoing support from a dedicated Live-in Care Manager and team.

Qualifications

• Experience in live-in care or personal care.
• Ability to build relationships and provide companionship.
• Willingness to travel and work in clients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one relationship-led care throughout the day.
• Assist with household tasks, meals, dressing, and appointments.
