Home Instead South Cheshire is seeking a Live-in Care Assistant to support clients in their own homes with companionship and personal care. The role requires empathy, patience and a commitment to helping people live independently and with dignity.

We offer fully funded training, opportunities for career development, and a supportive team. Hours are around 10 per day with a 2-hour daily break; DBS checks are required and we support wellbeing with an Employee Assistance Programme.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year’s live-in care experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide companionship and personal care to clients to support independence and dignity.

As aLive In CareCAREPRO, you will be provided with 3 meals a day or an allowance from the client, a separate room to stay and access to a TV and WiFi. In addition, we offer comprehensive training and support.
