Right at Home Stevenage, Bishop's Stortford & Braintree is seeking reliable Live-in Care Assistants to support adults to live independently in their own homes. Role focuses on companionship, personal care, meals, and daily support, enabling clients to remain safe and comfortable.

We provide extensive training, ongoing support, and opportunities for career progression within a family‑like team. Applicants should have DBS clearance, English proficiency, and be locally based in the area.

Qualifications

• DBS clearance and two satisfactory references from previous employers.
• Ideally hold a full UK or EU/EEA driving license and have access to your own vehicle.
• Must be able to attend 3 day Training in Great Dunmow.
• Must live locally to the area.
• Experience as a live-in carer.
• NVQ/QCF L2 or L3 highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Preparing meals and personal care for clients.
• Medication management and monitoring where required.
• Provide companionship and assist with daily routines.
• Household tasks such as laundry and light housekeeping.

What The Role Involves:

The role will include preparing meals, personal care, medication management and especially companionship, as well as household chores such as laundry and various housekeeping tasks.
