A leading care provider in Sutton Coldfield seeks compassionate Live-In Care Professionals to support older clients in their homes. No formal qualifications are required, as comprehensive training will be provided. Ideal candidates will have a passion for helping others and demonstrate reliability and respectfulness.

We are looking for kind, compassionate individuals who want to make a real difference in the quality of life for our clients to join our team in Sutton Coldfield as a Live-In Care Professional. As a Live-In Care Professional, you will live in a client's home and provide a variety of non-medical services to help them remain independent in their own home.
No prior experience or specific qualifications are required to become a Care Professional. However, experience in a care setting or interacting with older people—such as caring for a family member or voluntary work—would be advantageous. You should have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering outstanding service. Reliability, trustworthiness, respectfulness, and the ability to build professional friendships are essential. You should be comfortable spending time in the company of others.
No formal training is necessary as full training will be provided. Experience working with older people, whether paid or unpaid, is beneficial. A current UK driving license is preferred.
As a Live-In Care Professional, you will be provided with three meals a day or an allowance from the client, a private room, and access to a TV and WiFi. We also offer comprehensive training and ongoing support.
