Job summary

Right at Home Basingstoke is seeking Live-in Care Assistants to support adults in their own homes near Basingstoke. The role involves 70 hours per week, with on-call support and a strong emphasis on safety and client wellbeing.

Applicants should have a caring nature and a desire to help in the community. Full PPE and ongoing training are provided, with opportunities for career progression within a family‑oriented team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Motivate clients to engage in daily activities.
• Provide personal care and support.
• Administer prescribed medications.
• Assist with washing and dressing.
• Help with shopping and errands.
• Perform housekeeping and meal preparation.
• accompany clients to appointments or outings.

Right at Home Basingstoke provide live-in care and support packages to clients in Basingstoke and the surrounding villages.

Duties will include:

• Motivating Clients to get the most out of their day
• Personal care
• Administering medication
• Assisting Clients with washing and dressing
