Job summary

Caledonian Leisure Ltd in Callander invites applications for a Bar Assistant to join our hotel bar and restaurant team. You will help serve food and drink, ensuring warm, friendly service and a high standard of guest care.

Able to work in a fast-paced setting, you will collaborate with colleagues, upsell where appropriate and handle till procedures according to policy. Flexible shifts and potential live-in accommodation are available.

Responsibilities

Help serve food and drink in the bar and restaurant area whilst adhering to company standards and giving excellent customer service.
Have a visible presence within the hotel to ensure all customer requests are dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner.
To up sell products where possible.
Ensure all cash, charge, float and till procedures are carried out in accordance with Company Policy.
To assist and positively contribute to the smooth running of the Bar department.
To perform all reasonable requests by Management.
