Job Role: Live Events / Technical Project Manager - AV / Audio Visual

Location: South Wimbledon

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full time

Seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of AV and Event Production solutions across a diverse range of prestigious events and venues. The events range from private celebrations to high-profile corporate experiences.

This is a fantastic opportunity to advance your career in the live events industry, working alongside passionate professionals and gaining valuable, hands-on experience at the forefront of event production.

Responsibilities:

• Be the primary point of contact from start to finish, handling client enquiries and shaping their ideas into creative, well-costed proposals.
• Ensure projects move smoothly through every stage, from detailed specifications and logistics schedules to on-site coordination.
• Lead crews on-site, ensuring every event runs seamlessly.
• Collaborate with venues and suppliers to deliver flawless experiences.
• Review post-event processes to identify successes and areas for improvement.
• Support the senior team with reporting and ideas for business growth.
• Work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where no two days are the same.

What we’re looking for:

• Self-motivated organiser with a strong background in live event production.
• Experience with lighting, audio, and video setups, comfortable both behind a spec sheet and on-site.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and excel with clients.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail, team player, with leadership qualities when needed.
• A clean UK driving licence is essential; applicants must be aged 21 or over due to insurance requirements.
