Job summary

Eclipse in Beckenham, London area, is seeking a Production Manager to oversee a portfolio of live event productions. You will manage client relations, coordinate pre-production, and ensure delivery excellence across AV and scenic services.

The role requires a proactive approach, strong budgeting, and hands-on leadership of onsite crews. You’ll work with internal teams to meet client specifications, maintain safety standards, and drive opportunities with existing clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Proficient with Audio, Video, Lighting and LED.
• Strong organisational and managerial abilities.
• Experience with Rental Management Systems.
• Basic Vectorworks/CAD knowledge.
• Understanding of health and safety processes.
• Ability to develop strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with clients and visit as needed.
• Discuss event requirements directly with clients.
• Produce quotations and proposals.
• Manage pre-production process including drawings and scenic specs.
• Coordinate delivery and ensure clients receive appropriate technical support.
• Manage all aspects of the delivery process.
• Cost control of project budgets.
• Produce health and safety documentation and floorplans.
