Creativehood in Central London is seeking a hands-on Production Manager to lead the operational delivery of live experiential events, from planning to on-site build and strike. You will focus on build and set & scenic, with proficiency in SketchUp or Vectorworks, and you’ll work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on Production Manager experience in experiential events
• Strong build experience and ability to interpret design drawings
• Ability to work independently and in a cohesive team

Responsibilities

• Deliver all production aspects on time and on budget
• Create supplier briefing packs to ensure quality and budget
• Manage production budgets and reconciliations after events
• Lead crew and contractors on site for safe builds and de-rigs
• Act as primary contact for production partners and stakeholders
• Run production status meetings and attend client meetings
• Develop and review supplier base
• Maintain strong H&S practices across productions
• Share industry news and new products with the team
• Identify process improvements and efficiencies
