Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant for The Bridgewater Hall in Manchester to deliver exceptional hospitality at concerts and events. You will work across bars, kiosks and hospitality areas to ensure guests enjoy a memorable visit.

Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy interactions with guests, and can provide outstanding service with a positive attitude. Flexible shifts and opportunities within Legends Global are available.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food and beverage service or customer-facing environments.
Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Friendly, approachable communication and relationship-building.
Understanding of food hygiene and safety standards, or willingness to train.
Positive attitude and strong team ethic in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve beverages, food, and snacks while maintaining quality and presentation.
Deliver excellent customer service and promote products and offers.
Process orders and payments accurately using till and POS systems.
Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas; respond to spills and hazards.
Collaborate with colleagues to create a welcoming guest experience at events.
