You will direct videographers, sound engineers, and lighting technicians, travel extensively during peak seasons, and ensure exceptional creative quality from concept to delivery. This role requires strategic vision, hands‑on leadership, and strong communication to translate briefs into spectacular on‑site experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven track record directing live events, music videos, and TV broadcasts.
• Experience leading creative teams including videographers, sound engineers, lighting technicians, and production staff.
• Strong understanding of lighting, sound, and video editing techniques to create compelling visual narratives.

Responsibilities
