Our diverse media portfolio makes it easy for brands to launch, optimize, and scale their advertising campaigns with impact.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Scheduler to join our Live Events team at Amazon Advertising. Managing premium sports properties and entertainment events, you'll play a key role in ensuring advertising campaigns run smoothly from pre-planning through to execution. The ideal candidate will have advertising experience in the linear and digital space, combined with a strong understanding of broadcasting and streaming platforms.

You will have a passion for operational excellence, bringing both precision and enthusiasm to scheduling coordination during high-profile live events. You'll maintain scheduling integrity, oversee inventory allocation, and deliver critical post-campaign insights.

Key job responsibilities

  1. Execute campaign scheduling and delivery for high-value live event advertisers, managing time-sensitive updates across all Live Events while meeting strict operational deadlines.
  2. Directly oversee campaign troubleshooting with Planning, Sales and Production teams, serving as first point of contact for real-time scheduling changes.
  3. Work hands-on with scheduling tools and platform interfaces to optimise campaign performance, maintain quality standards, and ensure seamless delivery across multiple time zones and regions.
  4. Monitor and analyse campaign metrics, create actionable reports on performance trends, and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
  5. Contribute to operational reviews with internal teams and partners, documenting process updates, maintaining scheduling protocols, and driving adoption of best practices for campaign execution.

A day in the life

As a key member of our Live Events team, you'll navigate the dynamic world of live event advertising. You will balance the precision of scheduling management with the excitement of live broadcasts, ensuring campaigns hit their mark whether it's during a Premier League match or a popular singing competition. Working across global time zones means you'll constantly adapt to evolving situations, make real-time decisions, and find innovative solutions to complex challenges.
