Job summary

TAG Live® in the United Kingdom is seeking an Event Technician to oversee the technical aspect of the Entertainment Programme. You will mix audio and lighting, operate QLab, and ensure H&S compliance on site in the Luton area.

The role combines practical AV execution with a focus on delivering high-quality performances for live experiences. The ideal candidate brings a technical skillset, is adaptable to schedule changes, and can collaborate with Operations and Management.

Qualifications

• Experience with AV technical and production.
• Flexible working patterns and able to work under pressure.
• Experience in QLab, programming and operation.
• Strong organisational and guest relation skills.

Responsibilities

• Mix audio or lighting and QLab for shows.
• Develop a confident understanding of H&S processes and ensure compliance.
• Support Operations and Management teams.
• Open and close checks on venues and equipment.
• Assist with get-ins, set ups and get-outs.
• Provide technical support to other project areas.
• Attend rehearsals and soundchecks as directed.
• Adapt entertainment to weather or illness.
