Job summary

Butlin’s Conferences & Events in Bognor Regis is seeking a Stage Manager to oversee the smooth running of technical entertainment delivery. You will coordinate LX/AV/Sound teams and liaise with stage-based content to ensure delivery as directed.

You will welcome visiting artistes, support on-stage and in dressing rooms, and ensure consistent show quality across audio, stage, lx and media. A proactive, collaborative approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering live entertainment shows.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Flexible to work across family breaks, Big Weekenders and corporate events.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate training of the technical support team.
• Support visiting artistes and acts on stage and dressing rooms.
• Ensure shows are delivered to a high standard and maintain technical specifications.
• Develop robust cover programmes with succession planning for technical teams.
