Job description

Are you someone who stands out from the crowd and fizzles with energy? If so, we are looking for an individual who will ignite passion through their fantastic personality into Buzz Bingo’s live content production in our Derby offices, with travel to our Nottingham offices.

You will be able to easily communicate between the two studios and occasionally support our retail clubs, so a driving license is preferred.

You’re passionate about creating the best experience for every customer, always looking for ways to improve our overall customer experience, and constantly injecting fun and energy that leaves our customers thinking WOW!

Your knowledge and experience:

• At least 1 year of live streaming experience, live hosting
• Experience in Bingo Calling is desirable
• Experience in performing arts, media, and entertainment is desirable
• Experience with video production tools
• Experience with social media live streaming (Facebook, YouTube, Twitch)
• Knowledge of video chat software (e.g., Discord, Teams, Skype, Zoom)
• Gaming experience within Bingo or Slots background is desirable

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Present and deliver Live Bingo to our bingo community in club and online
• Call Bingo Games
• Host all live sessions with entertainment, enthusiasm, and passion
• Deliver Live Bingo features in line with operational requirements and standards
• Promote and upsell bingo & slots products according to guidelines
• Be the face and voice of promotions, marketing campaigns, and social media activity
• Engage with customers via live chat, responding to questions
• Work as part of a team to ensure first-class customer experience
• Ensure quality standards are met in all Live Bingo delivery
• Maximize customer spend and achieve KPI targets
• Operate from our Derby & Nottingham Studios
